HE IS {FINALLY} HERE! // QUICK UPDATE

JAMAUL IS HERE!
May 24, 2012 // 12:05 A.M.
I already love this guy to pieces, and it has only been a little over an hour.
I was even able to explain to him what a bed mattress and vacuum was.
I can't wait to invest my time {and love} into this young boy!

PRAYER REQUEST:
Please continue praying for the healing of Jamaul's foot.
He will be seeing 3 doctors Friday to determine whether or not his infected foot will need to be amputated.

IS IT WORTH THE WAIT?

"One of the things we do badly in today's age is: we have premarital sex.  Sex can do a lot of damage to us.  It can cause physical damage, health damage, and BIG emotional damage.  A lot of people say "Waiting until your married is worthless. Do you really think your future husband is going to wait?" Girls, that's when you say "Yes, because he has me praying for him." Your future husband is living in the same world you are, he is being pressured, and he may not even be a Christian right now. That's why you HAVE to pray for him, pray that he finds the strength to stay pure, that he finds God (Hopefully he already has found God) and stays strong with him. If your future husband didn't stay pure for you, how would you feel? Would you be sad, upset that you're not his first like he is yours? Now think about how he would feel, probably sad, and disappointed in himself.  It's kind of like the right thing at the wrong time is the wrong thing. Is sex Right? Yeah! Is sex before you marry wrong? Yeah! So it equals the wrong thing.  Girls, you need to stay strong and realize we can't be easily pressured into have sex; sure we can be pressured but, are we not the ones giving in?
Yeah, we are, so we have part in it to."

STOP BY TOMORROW FOR:
OUR FINAL GOODBYES TO NATALIA & NEW INFORMATION ON OUR NEW ADDITION TO THE FAMILY!

// HEALTHY AND SKINNY ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS //

"I read an amazing article today and it left a lasting impression on me. The idea behind it was that while most of us would say that we want to be skinny, that isn't all we really want. What we want is what we think goes along with being skinny. Skinny by itself is just skinny. What we want is the popularity, the respect, the aw... That won't come from just being skinny. In fact, while most people see the two things going hand in hand, they aren't. Many skinny people who we think have it all, don't. They could actually feel unhappy, unloved, and have no true friends {Vice-Versa} . Meanwhile, there are others, those non-toothpick people, who are truly happy. You see, true happiness doesn't come from being skinny. It comes from God. Being skinny is just being skinny. It is a state that our physical bodies are in, that usually fluctuates and changes as life goes by. Our happiness shouldn't depend on this; our happiness should only depend on God. Just so you know, I'm not saying that skinny people can't be happy, because they can be. The point is just that true happiness, lasting happiness, doesn't depend on the size of our waist, but comes from remembering that we are loved by God so much that He sent His Son to die on the cross for us, our sins are forgiven, and we are heaven bound! As the above verse says: the joy of the Lord is our strength. Let God strengthen us today. Let's be joyful with Him, because He loves us just the way we are!"
